• How do I use my Earadise earplugs?

Prepare Your Ears:

Before inserting the earplugs, pinch your nose closed with your mouth shut, and gently blow to clear your ears. This technique, known as the Valsalva maneuver, helps equalize the pressure in your middle ear.

Inserting the Earplugs:

- Use one hand to gently pull the top of the opposite ear upward to straighten the ear canal.

-With your other hand, slowly insert the earplug into the canal, gently twisting it for a secure fit. Ensure you do not push the earplug so deep that you're unable to grasp the stem.

Removing the Earplugs:

- Gradually twist the earplugs as you gently pull them out to maintain comfortable ear pressure.

-Wait to remove the earplugs until after the plane door has opened post-landing to help your ears adjust to the pressure changes.

• Should I wear my Earadise earplugs for the entire flight?

For flights shorter than 3 hours, we recommend keeping your Earadise earplugs in for the duration of the journey to achieve the best results. If your flight is longer, or if you prefer not to wear them the entire time, here's what you can do for comfort and effectiveness:

-Insert your Earadise earplugs before take-off and keep them in place until you reach maximum cruising altitude.

-Reinsert them one hour before landing to prepare for the descent and maintain them until the plane door opens after landing.

• Can my kid use Earadise earplugs?

Yes, Earadise earplugs are safe for children aged 6 and older when used under parental supervision to ensure they are inserted and removed correctly for optimal results. However, they are not suitable for children under the age of 6 or for infants.

• Can I use Earadise earplugs in situations other than flying?

Absolutely! While Earadise earplugs are perfect for flights, they're also designed for any situation where air pressure changes rapidly, such as mountain driving or even high-speed highway travel. They’re ideal for those with sensitive ears who experience discomfort from such changes.
